- SoftRobot's total liability for any claim relating to the Website will be limited to €100 (or the equivalent in SEK).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted).

You agree to indemnify and hold SoftRobot harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
