Framework agreement
§ 7 Term and termination
This agreement enters into force on signing. It remains in force until 31 March 2027, after which it may be extended once by twelve months.
Either party may terminate the agreement with three months' notice. Notice is given in writing to the Procurement unit, which manages the agreement on the customer's behalf.
